Shichimi Togarashi

Shichimi Togarashi is my favorite Japanese spice blend and I love to sprinkle it on pretty much everything – chicken, eggs, noodle dishes and so on. It typically contains seven ingredients. This iconic brand is one of the most well-known in Japan and though I no longer live there, I still keep it in my kitchen now!
