Coconut Flour
Along with almond flour, this is my other keto baking essential. Coconut is great for pancakes, fat bombs, cakes, slices, donuts and breads. I especially like using it in my keto tortilla recipe. Keep in mind, it is much more absorbent that almond flour. This brand contains 4g of carbohydrates per tablespoon. It is organic, non-GMO and gluten free.
