Rice Vinegar

Such a handy seasoning to have in the pantry! Rice vinegar is commonly used in many of my Asian recipes. This particular one is my favorite, it is a high-quality Japanese brand that comes in a glass bottle. It is sugar-free and has 1.3 grams of carbohydrates per 100g. Take care to avoid seasoned rice vinegars, as they can contain a lot more carbohydrates.
