Almond Flour

I honestly can’t believe I lived without almond flour for so long. Made of ground skinless almonds, it is the ideal replacement for grain flours. I use it in pancakes, slices, fat bombs, cakes, donuts and keto breads. This brand contains 6g of carbohydrates per 1/4 cup serve and is gluten free too. You can see that it comes in lots of sizes, I’ve started buying much bigger bags than the tiny ones I used to!
