Tamari Sauce

This magical ingredient is a great replacement for soy sauce. Tamari is a Japanese sauce, that has the same flavor profile as soy sauce and is made in much the same way from fermented soy beans. It has one key difference however, it usually contains little to no wheat. This particular one contains none, so is ideal for anyone with a gluten intolerance. It contains 1g of carbohydrates per tablespoon.
