Overview:
We are looking for the right individual to take a high performing sales role. Combined, a Chubb Company was founded in 1922, and we are a subsidiary of a well-known Fortune 500 company, one of the largest Insurance companies in the world that is 141 years old. We are relatively new to the market in East Tennessee offering worksite benefits. We now have a position open for a sales leader making it happen in East Tennessee with an amazing team! This is an unlimited opportunity for income and advancement. We can provide training to the right individual that is dynamic and has the resume that makes this position logical.
The Agency Coordinator role is an independent contractor opportunity in which you are in business for yourself, but not by yourself. The income range associated with this posting represents the potential earnings available to you as a sales leader through personal compensation and incentive bonuses on team production, it is not a guaranteed salary. The potential earnings as an Agency Coordinator are based on sales results, are commission and bonus-only, and have no cap on earnings.

Expectations:
You will be working in one of the fastest growing segments of the insurance market with unlimited potential for growth, promotion, and income. If accepted for this position you will be working with a 15+ year sales veteran with a long history of building teams and developing leaders that achieve top status in the industry. Local leadership has built scratch teams to multimillion dollar organizations all over the South. They have built top sales teams results with simple systems and processes even the unseasoned sales professional can learn and develop.
You will be expected to attend both in person and virtual trainings, as well as conduct self study to stay sharp and provide our clients and prospects with the best service available.
Interview:
We hold virtual informational sessions followed by individual one-on-one interviews. After attending a virtual informational meeting to discuss the career details, we will be excited to meet you at our Nashville office, or virtually for a traditional one-on-one interview. Hiring decisions will follow the one-on-one interview.

Estimated Pay: $80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
