• Compensation & Benefits

Pay & Commissions:

• Recoverable draw against commissions.
• A generous commission structure enabling first-year and senior recruiters to earn $90,000 to $150,000, depending on production.
• Bi-weekly pay (26 pay periods).

Benefits:

• Full benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and a retirement plan.
• Requirements

Experience :

• At least three (3) years of agency recruiting experience.
• Knowledge of the legal industry is essential; former paralegals and legal secretaries excel in this role.

Work Expectations:

• Full-time work only.
• We hire individuals seeking a single, dedicated job—over-employed enthusiasts need not apply.

Location Restrictions:

Unfortunately, we are unable to hire candidates based in California due to the state's challenging business environment.
