As a Coordinator, Digital Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's digital presence in North America. This role involves developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer loyalty, and engagement across various digital channels. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, with a strong foundation in social media and an eagerness to expand their expertise into broader digital marketing realms.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that encompass social media, email marketing, SEO, and other digital channels.
• Plan, create, and manage compelling and engaging content across various digital platforms, including social media (with a focus on TikTok and Instagram), email campaigns, and brand websites.
• Collaborate with internal and external creative teams to support content development, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and voice.
• Monitor and engage with online communities, responding to comments and participating in relevant conversations to enhance brand presence and customer loyalty.
• Work alongside the Digital Media Manager to set and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing campaigns, providing detailed reports and insights to brand teams.
• Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, incorporating innovative approaches into our marketing strategies.
• Assist with managing the brand's presence on e-commerce platforms, including Amazon and retailer websites, ensuring optimal product presentation and alignment with brand messaging.
• Contribute to website content updates and optimization to enhance user experience and search engine ranking.
• Engage in project management activities, including maintaining marketing calendars, preparing presentations, and ensuring timely execution of campaigns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in social media management.
• Proficiency in various social media platforms, particularly Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, with a knack for creating engaging content.
• Familiarity with email marketing tools, SEO principles, and web analytics.
• Excellent copywriting skills, capable of crafting compelling messages for diverse digital channels.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Highly adaptable, with an ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• This role is an individual contributor within the Integrated Marketing team.
