Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Workday HR Consultant Position type: Full-time Contract Duration: 6+ months contract Location: Remote As a Workday HR Consultant you will: HR Information Systems creates, tests and implements HR service delivery strategies and support HR business processes using HR information systems. This role will be supporting a large scale Workday implementation for approximately 10,000 employees into a currently existing Workday tenant. Duties will include evaluation of the current tenant and requested requirements, leading discovery and requirement session and supporting testing and implementation. The ideal candidate will have: At least 5 years of experience supporting Workday in an HRIS capacity. Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred Experience leading discovery and requirement sessions, supporting testing and configuration with Workday Previous involvement in large scale implementation projects related to Workday Experience with the Benefits Administration module, required Experience with the Leave Administration module, preferred Experience with iLoads and implementor access in Workday, preferred Applies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities Develops technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems Solutions are innovative and consistent with organization objectives Completes work independently Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration! PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
