Position Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Work From Home Sales Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you will connect with potential clients, assess their insurance needs, and offer personalized life insurance solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to potential clients using given leads via outbound calls and manage inbound inquiries.
Educate customers about AO Globe Life’s products, benefits, and services.
Build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
Achieve or exceed monthly sales goals.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Collaborate with teammates to improve sales strategies and performance.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly motivated, independent, and results-driven.
Ability to work effectively from home with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer skills.
High school diploma or equivalent (college background is a plus).
Life insurance license is an advantage but not required — we provide training.
