Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Were partnering with a Delaware school district seeking a Virtual School Psychologist to support students across K12. This role is ideal for a licensed School Psychologist experienced in evaluations, counseling, and collaborative problem-solving in a school setting. The district offers flexibility in hours and values clear communication, responsiveness, and a student-centered approach.
Key ResponsibilitiesPsychoeducational Evaluations
Conduct initial and triennial evaluations virtually
Administer, score, and interpret assessments
Write comprehensive, compliant evaluation reports
IEP & Eligibility Participation
Attend Eligibility meetings and provide results and recommendations
Join IEP meetings as needed to support planning and services
Student Counseling & Support
Provide virtual individual counseling for students with social-emotional or behavioral needs
Offer progress monitoring and documentation
Behavioral Consultation
Serve as a consultant to teachers and teams on behavioral interventions
Collaborate on behavior plans and problem-solving strategies
QualificationsMasters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
Active Delaware School Psychologist certification or eligibility
Prior experience in K12 school settings (virtual experience preferred)
Strong skills in assessment, report writing, and virtual communication tools
Role DetailsSetting: Virtual, supporting Delaware schools
Hours: Full-time or part-time available
Contract: Ongoing school-year contract
