What You'll Do

• Support veterinarians and technicians during exams, procedures, and surgeries
• Safely restrain and handle patients using low-stress and fear-free methods
• Administer oral and subcutaneous medications, and monitor recovery
• Prepare surgical areas and maintain cleanliness throughout the hospital
• Collect samples for diagnostics and assist with laboratory testing
• Keep accurate, detailed medical records for every patient
• Provide compassionate client communication and education
• Help maintain an organized, positive, and team-oriented work environment

Who You Are

• Experienced: At least one year as a Veterinary Assistant or in a similar clinical role
• Knowledgeable: Familiar with general practice and urgent care procedures
• Calm Under Pressure: Able to multitask while maintaining a compassionate, professional demeanor
• Team-Oriented: Excellent communicator who works well in a collaborative environment
• Heart-Driven: Deep love for animals and commitment to their welfare
