HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Management for a travel nursing job in Corpus Christi, Texas.

Job Description & Requirements

• Specialty: Case Management
• Discipline: RN
• Duration: 13 weeks
• 40 hours per week
• Shift: 8 hours, days
• Employment Type: Travel

Shifts 👉0800-1630/ 13 week

👉Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. 

• RN Case Management experience
• Familiar w/most of the following MIDAS, Meditech, Care Port Discharge, Outlook, Excel, Interqual, Word 

👉Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• HCA Case Management experience
• NATE familiarity 
• HCA MDRs 

👉List typical procedures performed on unit(s): 

• Discharge Planning Assessments within 1day of admission- face to face and phone if needed. 
• Interqual reviews
• Frequent liaison contact w/HH, SNF, IRF, LTAC IV infusion, DME referrals and follow up
• Daily pass down
• Multidisciplinary Rounds qd

• Flexible, adaptable, quick to learn, team worker, able to ask questions and receive direction

👉REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:  

• RN Case Manager

👉Floating Area(s):  

• Occasional float to 4Tele, ICU for assistance e

· Cardiac knowledge
