We’re looking for an experienced Sr. Lead Mechanical Assembly Technician to join our aerospace team. In this role, you’ll take the lead in assembling and testing precision mechanical components that are critical to both production and new product development. If you enjoy hands-on technical work, working with advanced systems, and being part of an innovative team, this could be the right fit for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and test precision aerospace components following technical documentation and requirements
• Operate hydraulic and pneumatic equipment to perform assembly and testing tasks
• Ensure all work meets quality and compliance standards
• Support both production and New Product Introduction (NPI) projects
• Apply shop math and measurement techniques for accurate builds and testing

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• 5–10 years of hands-on experience in mechanical assembly and testing (aerospace preferred)
• Proficiency in operating hydraulic and pneumatic test equipment
• Strong math skills and ability to interpret technical instructions and drawings
• Detail-oriented, quality-driven, and committed to safety and precision
