Genesis10 is seeking a SQL Developer for a 6-month contract-to-hire position with a leading client located in Eighty Four, PA. This on-site role requires presence 3-4 days/week. Pay: $35-47/hr, W2 depending on experience Onsite hours: 7am-5pm daily (1-hour lunch) Hybrid: Onsite 3-4 days/week Candidates must be USC or Green Card Holders Job Description: The Business Intelligence ETL Developer supports data and business intelligence needs for teams at headquarters and in the field. The role involves ensuring stakeholders have reporting tools to turn data into actionable insights, supporting ETL processing, and executing process improvements. Job Duties: Ensure data accuracy and availability through monitoring and supporting ETL processes from various sources. Understand existing processes and data dependencies. Collaborate to refine processes for high data quality and system performance. Support data development by executing process improvements. Participate in testing for upgrades. Provide status updates to team and management. Develop relationships with source system teams for issue resolution. Qualifications: 1 year of SQL/ETL development experience with relational or dimensional databases. Availability outside normal hours for troubleshooting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Willingness to learn new technologies. Ability to meet project deadlines. Interest in the builder supply & construction industry. Excellent communication skills. Self-starter with independent work skills. Preferred Experience: Experience with ETL tools like SSIS, Informatica, etc. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
