Speech-Language Therapist (SLP) - New Graduates Welcome
Location: Fernandina Beach, FL
Job Type: Full-Time

Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Therapist to provide therapy services for pediatric clients. You will deliver evidence-based, play-focused therapy in natural environments while coaching families to support communication and developmental milestones.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for children.
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based speech therapy in home and community settings.
• Coach families on integrating therapy strategies into daily routines.
• Complete accurate, real-time documentation to minimize administrative workload.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support overall child development.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active Florida SLP license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Pediatric experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
• ASHA CCC preferred; CFY candidates considered.
• Strong family coaching, communication, and collaboration skills.
