We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will play a vital part in executing effective social media strategies for B2B clients across various industries. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in managing content and engagement on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and X (formerly Twitter).

Responsibilities:
• Schedule and publish social media content across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
• Implement content calendars created by the strategy team to ensure timely and consistent posting.
• Monitor social media channels for audience engagement, responding to comments and escalating issues as necessary.
• Analyze and report on social media performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Maintain brand consistency across all social media platforms, ensuring voice, tone, and visual elements align with client guidelines.
• Research and stay updated on emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices relevant to B2B marketing.
• Collaborate with the strategy team to refine content based on performance insights and client objectives.• 1–3 years of experience managing social media platforms, preferably in a B2B or marketing agency setting.
• Proficiency with social media scheduling tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later.
• Strong writing and editing abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and reporting, including Google Analytics and platform-specific insights.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or flexible environment.
• Bonus: Experience with Canva, Adobe Express, or basic graphic design skills.
• Understanding of how to adapt content strategies to meet the unique needs of B2B audiences.
