The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions using UiPath, while mentoring a team of developers and ensuring adherence to industry best practices and architectural standards. This role demands deep technical expertise in UiPath, software development, leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration with multiple teams across the agency. You will be responsible for delivering innovative, scalable, and secure RPA solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Responsibilities: Design and implement scalable, enterprise-level RPA solutions using UiPath. Lead the full automation lifecycle: requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Provide architectural direction and technical leadership to the RPA development team. Define and promote RPA development standards, frameworks, and best practices. Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure quality and compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (architects, developers, analysts, and executives). Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities. Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation. Implement DevOps practices for RPA, including CI/CD, automated testing, and version control (GitHub). Manage UiPath Orchestrator setup, configuration, and administration. Monitor bot performance and KPIs to ensure optimal operation and adherence to SLAs. Integrate security, compliance, and risk mitigation into automation design. Stay current with evolving RPA trends and technologies. Effectively communicate project objectives, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders. Minimum Qualifications and Preferred Skills: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 15+ years of IT experience, with a strong background in software engineering. 8+ years of hands-on RPA development experience, specifically with UiPath. 5+ years in a lead RPA developer or technical lead role on enterprise-level projects. Expertise in RPA frameworks, design patterns, and best practices. Strong experience in API development, web services, and writing complex SQL queries. Proficiency in UiPath Orchestrator configuration and administration. Programming skills in C#, VB.NET, Python, or Java. Familiarity with Agile SDLC, iterative development, and source control tools. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and CI/CD pipelines. Background in UI/UX frameworks and enterprise application integration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
