Runner (Delta Club) - State Farm Arena/Levy Restaurants

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour. This is not a tipped position.

Schedule:  Seasonal event-based schedule only during the Hawks season. October 2025 - April 2026. Must be able to work all Hawks home games - nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Requirements:  The ideal candidate will have a desire to gain experience and work in the foodservice or hospitality industry. An outgoing personality is preferred. The candidate should have the ability to interact with high profile guests and remain professional and dedicated to providing an exceptional experience. The ability to comunicate effectively with the ability to problem solve and make decisions with little guidance.

Qualifications

• Stand for long periods of time and be able to actively engage physically with guests.
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• React with physical and mental alertness in emergency situations.
• Demonstrate physical stamina and agility required to be mobile for long periods of time throughout the day.
• Lift/move materials and equipment up to 50 pounds

Job Summary

Summary: The Runner is responsible for delivering food and beverage items form the kitchen to the guests. In this position, the runner should have an understanding of the content of the menu and ensures that food is delivered in a timely fashion. The runner should understand and follow food safety and sanitation guidelines and help with the execution of area setup and breakdown. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Delivers food to Player's Clubpatrons/customers.
• Follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.
• Understands all event paperwork and reports
• Always exceeds guest expectations
• Maintains prep and service areas
• Interacts with customers in order to assure customer satisfaction.
• Interacts with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards.
• Completes side work as assigned.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
