We are a fast-growing property management company expanding across the Midwest and South, seeking a Regional Property Manager who brings strong leadership, strategic insight, and operational excellence. This position is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives on driving performance, mentoring teams, and improving communities. The Regional Property Manager will oversee a multi-state portfolio and partner closely with ownership and senior leadership to achieve growth, efficiency, and profitability goals. Key Responsibilities Lead operations for a regional portfolio of multifamily properties across Ohio, Illinois, Indiana, and Texas. Drive occupancy, rent growth, and overall financial performance. Analyze financial reports, manage budgets, and develop action plans for underperforming assets. Recruit, train, and mentor Property Managers and on-site teams to deliver results. Ensure all properties meet company standards for maintenance, curb appeal, and resident satisfaction. Oversee vendor contracts, negotiate pricing, and manage capital projects. Present performance updates, forecasts, and business recommendations to ownership. Support the integration of new acquisitions and assist with continued portfolio growth. Qualifications Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in residential property management. At least 5 years in a regional or multi-site leadership role. Proven success leading high-performing teams and managing multi-site operations. Strong financial acumen with experience analyzing P&L statements and budgets. Multifamily property management experience required. Proficiency in Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Willingness and ability to travel 75–100% of the time.
