Department: Regional Resource/Float Pool - MED/SURG

Status: Full Time & Part Time

Shift: Weekend Nights

Incentives:

• Shift Differentials : $2.00/Evenings, $4.20/Nights, $2.20/Weekends

Overview:

Mercy is currently seeking experienced nurses for Regional Resource RNs . Availability of shifts include full-time and part-time night shift. Nurses in these roles will be able to self-schedule and must be able and willing to travel to surrounding Mercy facilities within 90 miles from their home address.

*Weekend Option positions are eligible for up to an additional $10.00/hour differential!*

• Springfield
• Joplin
• Carthage
• Aurora
• Cassville
• Mountain View
• Lebanon
• Mercy Ortho Hospital (Ozark, MO)
• Pittsburg, KS

Currently, the only unit available in this role is Med Surg (Nights) . Candidates able to work night shift are heavily encouraged to apply! Competitive pay, shift differentials, weekend differentials, and weekend option opportunities available!

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of a state approved professional nurse program.
• Licensure: Current RN licensure with State Board of Nursing in the applicable state of practice or current temporary work permit in the applicable state of practice.
• Experience: 3 years of RN experience within your serviceline within the past 12 months.
• Certifications:
• Med Surg : BLS
• Physical Requirements:
• Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
• Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
