AcuStaf is looking for motivated team members to work collaboratively to implement solutions and innovation.Job DescriptionThe QA Tester is responsible for test planning, documenting, coordinating, and executing activities related to the testing of applications and systems. Primary focus will include some manual testing with the majority in automated test execution for functional, integration, regression, and performance testing. Responsibilities Write and maintain automated test scripts that address areas such as software requirements, regression testing, data validation and usability.Identify, analyze, and document problems with application, online screens, or content.Document and report software defects.Monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes.Provide input on functional requirements, product design, schedules, and risk assessment.Develop testing plans based on functional requirements and product design.Review software documentation to ensure technical accuracy and compliance.Contribute to improvements that will accomplish team and business goals.Perform all duties with efficiency, consistency and effectiveness.Completion of other projects as assignedQualificationsRequirements Bachelor's degree1 year experience of Quality Assurance testingExperience in test automation is preferredExperience with Python and SeleniumExperience with C or Java is a plusProven analytic skills, troubleshooting issues, and providing recommendationsExperience working with cross-functional teamsDemonstrated interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills required to interact with staff, colleagues, management and internal/external customersSelf-motivated and creative thinkerAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
