Personal Assistant to UHNW Principal – $150-200k + Bonus

What You’ll Do:

• Own the principal’s day-to-day flow – juggling complex calendars, high-priority meetings, and last-minute changes with ease
• Manage domestic, international, and private travel from A to Z, ensuring every detail runs seamlessly
• Run errands, oversee personal tasks, and coordinate household and lifestyle needs with polish and discretion
• Partner with vendors, staff, and external stakeholders as the principal’s trusted representative
• Support high-level projects, events, and initiatives, bringing a sharp eye for detail and strong follow-through
• Handle confidential matters with complete professionalism

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years supporting C-suite executives or UHNW principals
• Someone who thrives in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment and can pivot at a moment’s notice
• Tech-savvy, resourceful, and proactive — always three steps ahead
• Polished communicator with excellent judgment and discretion
• Flexible and adaptable — available for after-hours needs when required
