Hours: ~15 hours per week (flexible scheduling)
Grade Levels: 5th12th
Pay Range: $40$55 per hour (based on experience)
Job Summary:
A school in Momence, IL is seeking a part-time Social Worker to support students in grades 512. This flexible role requires approximately 15 hours per week. The social worker will serve a caseload of 29 students receiving direct minutes and 7 students on consult. Psychologists handle all testing, so the focus will be on student support, IEP services, and counseling.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct and consultative services to middle and high school students
Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
Manage IEP minutes and documentation
Support students with behavioral, emotional, and social needs
Requirements:
Illinois PEL with School Social Worker endorsement
Experience with grades 512 preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
