We are seeking an experienced, sales minded individual to join our Nurse Recruitment Division, in the Greater Dallas area. THIS POSITION IS A HYBRID REMOTE AND IN OFFICE ROLE. This position is responsible for delivering all facets of our recruiting success throughout the organization.

Ways you will contribute to Gifted Healthcare:

• Engage and convert inquiries to interested candidates
• Conduct pre-screening interviews
• Evaluate, qualify and disqualify applicants
• Perform reference and background checks for potential clinical colleagues
• Build networks to generate referrals
• Participate in industry recruiting events
• Work efficiently and effectively to fill open positions

Position Requirements:

• Prior Travel Nurse/PRN Recruitment experience
• Ability to relate to a variety of people and establish meaningful relationships with colleagues and clients
• Excellent communication skills and client/nurse centered mentality
• Interpersonal competence, team player
• Efficient time management skills
• Ability to work with deadlines and under pressure
• Self-motivated to be successful in a goal oriented environment
• Active LinkedIn and Facebook accounts
• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Suite
