You’ll provide therapy for individuals facing challenges such as trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief, and more. Key Responsibilities Provide individual or family therapy sessions tailored to client needs via telehealth or in-person. Participate in agency training, supervision, and continuing education to enhance therapeutic skills and stay updated on best practices. Maintain compliance with licensing and agency standards. Qualifications Education: Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related field. Licensure: Active State of Maryland license (LCPC, LCSW-C, LMFT, etc.). Experience: Previous experience as a mental health therapist is preferred but not required.
