Job Title: Medical AssemblerJob DescriptionJoin our team as a Medical Assembler where you will be instrumental in assembling medical devices with precision and care. You will utilize hand tools and microscopes to ensure the highest quality in our life-saving products.ResponsibilitiesAssemble various medical devices using hand tools and microscopes.Operate under a microscope and cross-train at different assembly stations.Use blades, cutters, and other tools to maneuver small components and parts.Work efficiently in a full cleanroom environment.Essential SkillsMinimum of 6 months experience in medical assembly or similar manufacturing/assembly roles.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Exceptional hand dexterity.Ability to understand measurements with rulers and calipers.Capacity to lift 25 pounds regularly.Strong organizational skills.Willingness to work overtime.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious medical assembly experience preferred.Stable work history in assembly or manufacturing.Why Work Here?Work in a state-of-the-art facility for a medical company that is dedicated to saving lives. Employees are required to wear a hair net, gown, booties, and adhere to strict hygiene protocols, including washing hands before entering the cleanroom. The dress code prohibits nail polish, long fake nails, makeup, fragrance, henna tattoos, pants with holes, and requires closed-toe shoes.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minnetonka, Minnesota.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.75 - $19.25/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
