Job Title: Manufacturing Technician - Solutions
Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Manufacturing Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will operate various equipment and perform detailed tasks to ensure high-quality production of medical devices.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Hot Pouch Sealer efficiently.
• Perform taping operations manually.
• Conduct pouch filling operations with precision.
• Weigh filled pouches accurately to ensure correct liquid contents using a balance or scale.
• Manipulate filled pouches to remove air bubbles effectively.
• Assemble finished devices with care.
• Calibrate blood gas analyzers to maintain accuracy.
• Perform pre-fill testing of sample solutions and document results using blood gas analyzers.
• Generate bar code labels systematically.
• Visually inspect parts to ensure they meet quality criteria.
• Perform final boxing of solution pack assemblies.
• Conduct daily cycle counts of materials to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Complete routers efficiently.
• Utilize computer skills, especially Excel, in daily tasks.

Essential Skills

• High school diploma.
• Minimum of three years' experience in a production environment.
• Ability to perform repetitive work with high quality standards.
• Detail-oriented with minimal interruption in process runs.
• Experience or training in QSR/GMP.
• Basic lab techniques such as micropipetting, pipetting, and weighing.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with medical device assembly preferred.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Ability to follow written procedures and verbal instructions.
• Willingness to conform to clean room practices regarding apparel and personal hygiene.

Work Environment

Our facility is a cleanroom environment operating on a 1st shift schedule from 6am to 2:30pm. We maintain high standards of hygiene and attire to ensure the quality and safety of our products.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Carlsbad, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
