eNGINE is seeking a Manager of Information Security to join a dynamic and collaborative Technology leadership team in our corporate Pittsburgh office. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on shaping and driving a robust information security and privacy program across the enterprise. The role is hybrid (3 days in office: Tue–Thu, remote Mon & Fri) in Pittsburgh.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of a comprehensive Information Security Management System (ISMS) and Privacy Information Management System (PIMS).
• Oversee and mentor a team of security engineers and analysts.
• Maintain and ensure compliance with ISO 27001 / ISO 27701, including managing third-party audit and consulting relationships.
• Manage security technologies (EDR, vulnerability scanning, firewalls, proxies, PAM/PIM, SIEM).
• Guide vulnerability management and incident response efforts across the firm.
• Oversee the development of security KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Collaborate with General Counsel and business leaders on risk assessments and client-facing audits or RFPs.
• Develop training programs to increase security awareness across the firm.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 10+ years in information security, with 5+ years managing technical security teams
• Deep knowledge of ISO 27001/27701, SOC, and other security frameworks
• One or more certifications highly preferred: CISSP, CISM (in progress OK)
• Strong working knowledge of security tools and platforms across both infrastructure and applications
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
