Now Hiring: Make-Ready Technician / Handyman – $21-22/hr | Weekly Pay | Kansas City, MO

What You’ll Do:

• "Turn" recently vacated apartments for new move-ins
• Trash out units and complete general punch list repairs
• Replace lightbulbs, locks, filters, and hardware
• Light plumbing and electrical work (fix leaks, outlets, etc.)
• Install appliances and ensure all make-ready work meets inspection standards
• Perform painting , caulking , drywall repair , and pressure washing
• Maintain cleanliness of breezeways and community areas

What You’ll Need:

• Basic hand tools (screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, etc.)
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Physical ability to lift 40–50 lbs and work on your feet
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to follow directions
• Friendly and customer-service mindset with a team-player attitude
