Job Details

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Loan Processor to join a well-established financial institution in the Fresno area. This role supports the lending team by managing loan documentation, coordinating with third parties, and ensuring timely and accurate loan processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review incoming loan application packages for completeness and accuracy.
• Conduct credit checks and prepare loan estimates for internal review.
• Coordinate the preparation and delivery of loan documents to borrowers.
• Manage the loan funding process, including document verification and communication with all parties involved.
• Maintain organized and audit-ready borrower files.
• Liaise with title companies, appraisers, and other third-party vendors.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Support timely loan closings and disbursements.
• Respond to inquiries from borrowers and internal teams professionally and promptly.
• Track and document all communications and updates related to loan files.
• Assist with internal refinance processes and departmental support tasks.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in loan processing or a related financial services role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with lending regulations and documentation standards.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Punjabi is a plus, but not required.
