Position Summary

We’re seeking motivated and licensed Real Estate Agents in Georgia who are ready to take their business to the next level. Whether you’re newly licensed or experienced, STR Legacy Group provides the training, tools, and guidance you need to succeed in today’s market.

This is a remote, commission-based position with access to ongoing training, marketing support, and business development resources to help you grow your client base and close more deals.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients through all aspects of the real estate buying, selling, and investment process
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up
• Conduct virtual and in-person showings, listing presentations, and client consultations
• Stay current on market trends, pricing, and property values in Georgia
• Utilize company-provided tools and systems for CRM management and lead generation
• Maintain compliance with Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC) regulations

Qualifications

Required:

• Active Georgia Real Estate License
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow
• Comfortable working independently and remotely
• Reliable internet connection and computer proficiency

Preferred:

• Experience in residential real estate or short-term rental investment
• Familiarity with MLS, CRM systems, and virtual meeting platforms
