Problem Resolution: Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Policy Management: Assist clients by creating, reviewing, and updating insurance policies to ensure optimal coverage.
Client Records: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to sustain trust and loyalty.

RequirementsLicensing: Active PA Property & Casualty License is required. Allstate experience preferred
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or insurance sales.
