Responsibilities

Customer Interaction: Engage with clients to evaluate their insurance needs and provide knowledgeable advice.

Problem Resolution: Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Policy Management: Assist clients by creating, reviewing, and updating insurance policies to ensure optimal coverage.

Client Records: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in CRM systems.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to sustain trust and loyalty.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure quality and consistency in service delivery.

Requirements

Licensing: Active PA Property & Casualty License is required. Allstate experience preferred

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or insurance sales.

Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer Service: Strong commitment to delivering excellent service and fostering client relationships.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.
