This firm is seeking a tenured Executive Assistant to support senior attorneys in a fast-paced, high-performing environment. The ideal candidate will bring over a decade of experience as an executive assistant-preferably within the legal industry-and possess the poise, discretion, and drive to support partners and senior stakeholders with complex scheduling, high-volume communications, and sensitive client matters. Client Details A prestigious global law firm headquartered in Washington, DC is seeking to hire in their Midtown Manhattan location. This firm is well renowned for their excellent service and diverse portfolio of clients and areas of expertise. Description Provide proactive administrative and executive-level support to one or more senior attorneys or firm leaders Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange domestic/international travel with minimal oversight Draft, edit, and proofread confidential correspondence, presentations, and legal documents Track deadlines, maintain legal files, and ensure attorneys are fully prepared for meetings, hearings, and client interactions Serve as a liaison between attorneys, clients, and internal departments Handle expense reports, billing coordination, time entry, and other administrative tasks with accuracy and timeliness Anticipate needs and offer thoughtful, strategic support in a dynamic and often changing environment Profile 10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally within a law firm or other professional services firm Proven ability to support senior-level professionals with discretion, diplomacy, and professionalism Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with legal software a plus Bachelor's degree preferred Job Offer This role can offer competitive compensation ($90-100K annually) and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401k with a match, paid time off and holidays.
