Manage customer relations throughout the design and sales process. Requirements: Minimum of two years of kitchen and bath design or sales experience preferred. Proficiency in 2020 Design software (or similar design software) is required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and consult with clients effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask and manage projects efficiently. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Professional appearance and demeanor. Experience working with trade professionals and contractors preferred. Preferred Skills and Experience: Knowledge of cabinetry, countertops, and design trends. Sales background with experience upselling and conducting product demonstrations. Experience in layout design, renovation projects, or retail sales.
