Zifo is looking for an Instructional Designer/e-learning developer to join their team in Cary, NC. This candidate will be responsible for creating engaging, effective, and learner-centered instructional materials for various delivery modalities, including e-learning, instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (vILT), and blended learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design theory and practice, a working knowledge of learning technologies, and a passion for improving learning outcomes. Looking for hands‑on experience as Articulate Storyline 360 developer. The role involves transforming course content / design into complete, engaging Storyline modules that could incorporate adaptive, scenario‑based, and game‑based learning strategies.
**This will be a 2-month contract position**
Requirements
• Translate technical concepts into clear learning objectives, scripts, and storyboards.
• Develop SCORM/xAPI‑compliant courses in Storyline 360.
• Apply adaptive learning, scenario‑based learning, and game‑based learning strategies.
• Manage iterative reviews with SMEs and the internal Learning Consultant to ensure quality and on‑time delivery.
• Deliver two courses, that include baseline assessment, adaptive learning and scenario-based design elements.
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Expert‑level Articulate Storyline 360 development
Proven ability to design adaptive and scenario‑based learning experiences
Strong grasp of adult‑learning theory, assessment design, successive approximation, and action‑mapping techniques
Self‑managed, rapid‑development mindset
Excellent plain‑language technical writing
Familiarity with xAPI analytics for measuring course effectiveness
Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Basic graphic or motion design to enhance interactivity
Familiarity with video editing and screen recording software.
Experience in Pharmaceuticals /Life Sciences industry is a plus.
