Key Responsibilities

• Source and interview candidates using job boards, social media, and events
• Make outbound calls to prospective and former clients to present staffing solutions
• Schedule meetings with decision-makers and maintain CRM records
• Collaborate with recruiters to match talent with client needs
• Share promotional materials and candidate spotlights with prospects

Top Requirements

• 1-2 years of recruiting, sales, or customer service experience
• Strong communication and outbound calling skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
• Typing speed of 45+ WPM
• Passion for helping people and achieving goals
