Job Description

Triple M Metals & Reserve Alloys in Twinsburg is currently looking for skilled Laborers. As a Industrial Laborer, you’ll play a key role in the initial stages of the recycling process, helping to identify, sort, and process various metals.

Position: Industrial Laborer

Shift: 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday – Friday)

Starting Pay: $19/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and sort different types of scrap metals
• Load, unload, and transport both finished and unfinished goods
• Operate bailing equipment to process materials
• Perform quality control by visually inspecting and sorting materials
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and department leaders
• Complete other related tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Prior experience in general labor or industrial settings is preferred, but not required
• Forklift and bailer operation experience a plus, but not required
• Must be able to stand for the entire shift and regularly lift/move up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures (outdoor work; facility may be colder in winter and warmer in summer)
• Steel-toe or composite safety-toe shoes required (all other PPE provided)
• Strong communication skills
