Job Title: General production

Location: Louisville, KY

Shift: 1st, 2nd and 3rd Shift

Pay: $17 - $18 an hour

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated General Production Worker to join our dynamic team in Louisville, KY. In this role, you will support welders and contribute to various stages of the production process. Key tasks include operating forklifts, unloading trucks, assembling drawers, powder coating, and painting. Experience with CNC machines and welding is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist welders with production tasks and material handling
• Operate forklifts to transport materials safely and efficiently
• Unload and load trucks with attention to safety and accuracy
• Assemble drawers and components with precision
• Perform powder coating and painting duties
• Operate CNC machines (preferred)

Essential Skills

• Prior experience in general labor or production environments
• Skilled in assembly and machine operation
• Forklift operation certification or experience
• Familiarity with CNC machinery preferred
• Welding experience preferred

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $19.00/hr.
