Human Resources Generalist (41127)

Our client is an organization in the Green Bay area looking for a Human Resources Generalist. This company Is looking for someone with 2+ years of HR experience, strong attention to detail, and highly organized. This position offers growth opportunities, strong leadership team, and a hybrid work environment.

The pay range for this position is $70k-85k.

The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee all stages of the talent acquisition process, including job postings, applicant screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee files and HR databases.
  • Serve as the go-to contact for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace issues.
  • Support the design and execution of performance management programs, including performance reviews, feedback sessions, and goal tracking.
  • Develop and coordinate internal training programs to support employee development and compliance.
  • Assist in handling employee relations matters, including providing support during coaching, corrective action, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Facilitate the offboarding process, including documentation, compliance requirements, and conducting exit interviews when needed.
  • Support the management of unemployment claims and provide required documentation.
  • Administer benefits programs
  • Provide guidance during annual open enrollment and help employees understand their benefit options and selections.
  • Track and manage workplace injuries, leave of absences, and related documentation, including FMLA, short-term disability, and long-term disability.
  • Maintain up-to-date HR documents such as job descriptions, policies, organizational charts, and the employee handbook.
  • Contribute to compensation initiatives by conducting market research and supporting pay structure development.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, including team meetings, internal communication events, and morale-boosting activities.
  • Ensure adherence to employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Complete and submit necessary compliance reports to regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay current with HR trends, legal updates, and innovations in workforce management.
  • Provide general support to the HR team and assist with various administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

The Human Resources Generalist will possess the following:

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration or related field degree preferred
  • 2+ years of human resources experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.

The compensation philosophy reflects the Company’s reasonable expectation at the time of posting. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including, but not limited to skills, experience level, and overall qualifications. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to the rule governing the program.
