About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Ecommerce to take on the role of P&L business owner for the ecommerce revenue channel. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, acquisition, and retention, and must be able to meet and exceed financial objectives. This role requires a mix of strategic leadership and tactical execution, with a focus on providing thought leadership in digital strategies and execution disciplines. The Head of Ecommerce will lead direct-to-consumer efforts, optimize the online shopping experience, and be accountable for all aspects of the ecommerce business, including content, merchandising, SEO, mobile optimization, and UX/UI. Applicants for the Head of Ecommerce position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (preferred) and at least 10 years' of experience in ecommerce, digital performance marketing, and related fields. A proven track record in building a successful, fast-growing ecommerce business is essential, as is leadership experience with significant revenue growth. The role demands advanced data and analytics skills, as well as experience in using AI to enhance ecommerce processes and performance. The Head of Ecommerce will be expected to lead a team, both in-house and with external partners, and must be adept at identifying and executing growth opportunities while ensuring the profitability of the ecommerce channel.
