**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Guidelines Processor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing and correcting loan files that are on a tight deadline, often requiring closure within 24 hours. This role involves working through a queue of 40-50 files, making necessary changes to cash-to-close amounts, DTI ratios, and seller credits.
- Rush file processing with a 24-hour turnaround
- Make corrections and changes to loan files including cash-to-close, DTI, and seller credits
- Restructure loans based on closing changes
- Review borrower documentation including credit reports and bank statements
**Qualifications:**
- 2-5 years of loan processing experience ( RECENT within the last year)
- Background in credit unions or mortgage lenders
- Ability to identify documents and large deposits
- Strong understanding of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac standards
- Experience with conventional home loans and a variety of loan types
FULLY ONSITE- First shift
Pay: $24-26/hour depending on experience

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
