The opportunity

Delaware North Gaming is hiring full-time dual-rate table Games Dealers/Floor Supervisors to join our team at Gate City Casino in Nashua, New Hampshire . As a Table Games Dealer/ Floor Supervisor, y ou will oversee assigned table games to ensure integrity is m aintained , procedures are followed, and superior guest service is provided.  

Please note this is a tipped position; the hourly minimum pay listed doesn’t include any potential tipped earnings.

What will you do?

• Supervise floor dealers and protect the integrity of game s  
• Ensure accuracy and completion of all signed paperwork and pit documents  
• Greet guests appropriately , resolve complaints, and answer any questions about game information  
• Coordinate and complete hourly evaluations on hourly team members  
• Control the pace of the game and d etermine winners and losers according to games rules  
• Inform necessary personnel of any unusual request s or play s by guests  

More about you

• Must be 21 years of age or older  
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license  
• Minimum of six months of professional gaming dealing experience required
