Salary:
Collision Advice is a full service autobody collision consulting company. We offer training, coaching and consulting both in person and onsite for autobody collision repair shops. We are looking for another team member that knows the autobody industry from an accounting perspective.
Responsibilities
The candidate may live anywhere in the USA. This job will require both travel onsite to work side by side with shops as well as remote work from their home. The amount of travel versus remote work will depend on the candidates compensation expectations.
Qualifications
Competency using CCC's management system
Competency using Quick Books
Competency using Dealership accounting systems such as CDK, Reynolds and Reynolds, Dealer track or others. If the candidate is from the dealership back ground the skill set to gather detailed information or assist in getting broken out sub accounts is critical. .
Strong EXCEL skills
An analytical background to examine a profit and loss and perform a comparative analysis
Candidate needs to understand WIP adjustments, month end close and how to reconcile the management system for the autobody collision facility as well as receivables and pre payments with the accounting system.
Benefits:
Compensation will depend on the candidates experience and capabilities. Collision Advice offers health insurance, we pay 50 % of the employee's portion they are responsible for the other 50 % and their family. Collision Advice contributes 10 % of their pay to a 401k weekly and it is NOT contingent on if they contribute. We offer paid vacation and holidays, as well as flexible work hours.
