Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to support our finance team with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in a mission-driven health technology company. You’ll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to support internal financial processes, ensure data accuracy, and contribute to business insights that guide strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Modeling & Reporting: Assist in preparing forecasts, budgets, and monthly reports
- Data Analysis: Analyze key financial data, trends, and performance indicators to support decision-making
- Operational Support: Contribute to accounts receivable/payable tracking and financial recordkeeping
- Audit & Compliance: Help ensure records meet internal policies and assist with audit preparation
- Research & Benchmarking: Conduct research on market trends, industry benchmarks, and investment opportunities

Requirements:

Required:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial modeling or reporting tools
- Basic understanding of GAAP and financial reporting concepts
- Strong organizational and communication skills
