Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the planning and execution of various events, ranging from corporate meetings to social gatherings. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring every aspect of our events runs smoothly and successfully. Key Responsibilities Assist in the planning and coordination of events from start to finish. Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and equipment rental. Create and maintain event timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule. Communicate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and follow up on event details. Assist in the promotion of events, including managing social media and email marketing efforts. Support event setup and breakdown, ensuring a seamless execution on the day of the event. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Previous experience in event planning or assistance is a plus. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
