Event Staff (One-Day Assignment)

Pay: $25/hour
Location: Menlo Park (Meta HQ)
We are seeking two reliable and professional Event Staff to support a one-day conference in Menlo Park. This is a great opportunity for individuals with strong customer service, communication, and hospitality skills.
Available Shifts
General Responsibilities
Greeting and directing attendees
Registration or check-in support
Providing event materials or badges
Assisting with room flow or line management
Answering basic questions and offering onsite guidance
Supporting event staff with setup, transitions, or attendee needs
Standing for extended periods, as required
Dress Code
Candidate Requirements
Prior event, hospitality, reception, or customer service experience preferred
Professional, friendly, and reliable demeanor
Strong communication skills
Ability to stand for the duration of the shift, if needed
Punctual and able to arrive on time at the designated check-in location
Must be available for the full shift assigned
