We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Entry Level Marketing Agent to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop core marketing skills while contributing to innovative campaigns that enhance our brand visibility and strengthen our engagement with consumers.

Pay Range:

$25.50 - $34.50 hourly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Pittsburgh, PA 

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns
• Conduct market research to identify trends and potential areas of growth
• Manage and update social media accounts to engage with customers and promote products
• Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including blogs, emails, and social media posts
• Support the organization and execution of promotional events and marketing activities
• Analyze performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop innovative marketing ideas

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Creative thinking with an eye for detail and aesthetics
• Familiarity with basic data analysis and reporting
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new marketing trends and technologies
