As an Entry-Level Lube Technician, you'll thrive in a friendly and supportive environment where your personal and professional growth is our priority. Together, we will ensure our guests remain safe on the road by delivering excellent customer service and performing essential preventative maintenance services for their vehicles.

No prior automotive experience? No problem! Our award-winning training program will prepare you to:

• Change oil
• Check and refill fluids
• Rotate tires
• Test and replace batteries
• Inspect and replace lights and wipers
• Perform an 18-point safety check
• And provide other preventative maintenance services

• Compensation: $15.75 per hour with weekly pay.
• Career Opportunities: Hands-on training with a path towards Service Center Manager within 18-24 months.

We are looking for team members who possess:

• Flexible scheduling (weekend availability is expected, but we respect your time, ensuring no late evenings or holiday shifts).
• A willingness to learn, a friendly demeanor, and a desire to contribute to a customer-centric team.
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).

Additionally, you should be able to:

• Stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours), navigate stairs, and occasionally lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Crouch, bend, twist, and work with hands raised.
• Be comfortable in a non-climate-controlled work environment.
