We are seeking a hands-on, experienced eCommerce Fulfillment Manager to lead our fast-paced direct-to-consumer (DTC) warehouse operations. This role is ideal for a floor-focused leader who thrives in a high-volume environment and is passionate about developing people, optimizing processes, and driving operational excellence. You’ll play a key role in implementing systems, managing warehouse operations, and building a high-performing team to support our growing ecommerce business. This role reports to the VP, Fulfillment and works closely with the Warehouse Managers of Receiving / Inventory and Specialty / Wholesale, respectively.

 

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited:

• Lead daily warehouse operations on the floor, overseeing DTC and wholesale order fulfillment, inventory control, receiving, and shipping.
• Act as Floor Manager , setting the pace and standard for the team while actively participating in all aspects of warehouse activity.
• Own and manage all DTC and wholesale logistics workflows , ensuring accurate, on-time order processing and fulfillment.
• Implement and manage a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to streamline operations and improve visibility across inventory, fulfillment, and labor.
• Partner in ERP system rollout and integration , ensuring alignment between systems and warehouse operations.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse processes and ensure consistent execution across all shifts.
• Recruit, train, and manage warehouse staff , fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Create flexible staffing schedules based on order volume , ensuring proper coverage during peak and off-peak times.
• Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of warehouse supervisory or management role, preferably in an ecommerce or omnichannel environment
• Proven experience implementing and managing WMS and ERP systems
• Strong leadership and people development skills with a hands-on management style
• Excellent understanding of DTC and wholesale operations
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule availability, especially during high-volume periods

A plus:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Experience in both company-owned and 3PL warehouse environments
• Background in process improvement or warehouse layout optimization
• Experience managing budgets and P&L responsibilities
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field
